We are a micro-bakery working out of our organic farm kitchen on the banks of the Clettwr River. Being fortunate to become stewards of this very special place, we are committed to provide nourishing wholesome produce to our local community.
Passionate about bringing artisanal qualities to what we make, all our products are hand-crafted and baked daily.
Our products are fermented slowly, which improves the availability of nutrients, and increases the flavour and freshness of our bread. We only use 100% sourdough starter in our “yeasted” products. This means we leaven entirely from the symbiotic relationship between wild yeasts and bacteria.
